Mom's Recipes 9

This may be why I always associated meat loaf with tomato sauce and why I never much cared for it growing up.

Meat Loaf

1 lb. ground meat
1 small onion (chopped)
pepper & salt
1 eggcracker or bread crumbs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 bottle catsup
1/2 can tomatoe paste

Put on top of loaf:
2 t. brown sugar
1/2 can tomatoe paste
