Dressing
Corn Bread (amount above)
1 1/2 slices of white bread
Chopped--1 onion, celery 1 1/2 stalks (optional)cooked together in sauce pan.
Chopped--1 or 2 hard boiled eggs
giblets from turkey or hen after boiling in sauce pan.
Chopped heart, neck, liver and gizzard
2 tablespoons Sage and salt and pepper--Taste some use more sage than others--
Mix real good, add broth from hen or Turkey, add a little butter and a little sweet milk--make real moist, take fork and mash corn bread and all until no lumps--
Bake in 350 degrees until brown on top--
(use part onions and part giblets for Giblet Gravy)
